We collaborated with a client in the fashion distribution industry to design and implement an order consolidation facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our service included creating a concept description for an efficient intralogistics process. The facility was developed to handle order consolidation, packaging, and parcel sortation processes, providing flexibility through different phases of automation. We outlined both manual and automated solutions, optimizing material flow, system logic, and overall efficiency, tailored to the client’s specific operational needs.
Project 2: Concept Design Proposal for a Warehouse Facility
For this project, we worked with a client to create a concept design for a modern warehouse facility. Our involvement included providing detailed planning for warehouse processes such as receiving, container buffer management, tray flow, and consolidation. We offered several concept alternatives, including hybrid and fully automated options.
